How does your free trial work?
When you sign up for your trial, you'll have access to all features on the chosen plan. If you want to trial a different plan, you can upgrade and downgrade by accessing your Billing page. At any point during the trial you can choose a plan and pay by credit card, ACH or wire transfer from within your account.
How can I pay for your service?
You can easily pay by credit card, ACH, or wire transfer from within your account. Customers who opt to pay annually or sign up for 10 or more licenses can choose to pay via invoice. If you want to pay via invoice, please contact us.
How long are your contracts? Can I upgrade and downgrade my subscription?
Plans are month-to-month or annual. You can start/stop or make changes to your plan at any time.
I want to add new locations to my account. How will that be billed?
You will need a new license for each new location you want to add to your account. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for each of those locations, for the remainder of the current billing period.
Can I play different content at the same time in my business?
A business location can be divided into separate areas, called 'zones'. Each activated zone allows for an individual stream of music and incurs an additional cost to the main account. If you are using any of the third-party devices we are integrated with, you will be able to play individual streams of music in different zones off the same SoundMachine subscription.
Do you offer any discounted plans?
Yes, by choosing a yearly plan, you will receive a 10% discount. Additionally, if you purchase 10 or more licenses, you can access our tiered discounted pricing. For more information, please contact us.
Does my SoundMachine subscription give me all the licenses I need to play background music in my business?
If your business is based in the US or Canada, you will not need any additional license to use our service for background music. If you are based outside of the US and Canada, please contact your local collecting societies. More information can be found on our licensing page.
What resources are available to ensure I can get the most out of my SoundMachine subscription?
Customers on any SoundMachine plan have access to online and phone support, as well as the SoundMachine Help Center and on-demand training. Included in their SoundMachine subscription, customers can access our Music Concierge, custom training, and implementation services to ensure they are set up for success.
Does SoundMachine integrate with third-party sound systems?
We have many integrations available including Sonos, BlueSound, Control4 and Crestron. Please see our full list here.
